Raymond Fanning, CFE, is an expert in the Franchise Development, Franchise Operations and Franchise Training.  His franchise experience includes serving as the President of Microplay Interactive, Vice President and Director of Franchise Operations at Case Handyman Services and as the Chief Operating Officer of Levante Restaurant Group.  He is a Founder of ExploraWorld L.L.C., a Child-focused discovery center where kids play to learn.  Mr. Fanning’s professional credentials include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) Degree with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland.  He has earned the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation from the International Franchise Association for his work and study in the Franchise Industry.  He serves on the Advisory Board of several start-up franchise companies and frequently lectures on the Topic of Franchising at Georgetown University, the University of Maryland, and Anne Arundel Community College as well as numerous professional organizations.  He currently works as a FranChoice consultant and as the Managing Partner in Sparan Franchise Development Group.
