 Wilson Lu is the president of International Executive Association. His experience includes outsourcing, information technology transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, e-commerce, and corporate and securities transactions.
Mr. Lu venture invests and advises companies on electronic commerce, on the purchase and sale of information technology hardware, software, and services through consulting, licensing, purchase, development, outsourcing, and strategic alliance arrangements.
He is the chair of "Wall Street Forum" and "Wall Street Chinese". He is a frequent author/speaker on Venture Capital, M&A and information technology. Currently, Mr. Lu is the president of AmerasiaUSA which manage a $150 millions venture fund for China IT market.
